This is made in memory of my nephew who was born at just 24 weeks weighing 1lb 12oz.
I'll always remember when your mummy found out she was expecting you, she was shocked you were her first baby, my first nephew and the first grandchild to our parents we were all so excited and can you imagine i found out i was pregnant for the first time to, me and your mum were so excited to be pregnant at the same time, and those first few months we talked on the phone everyday sharing what it was like to be pregnant, we just coulden't wait to see our children grow up and there would only be 3 months between you, then i got that phone call saying your mum had went into labour she was only 24 weeks pregnant, i was shocked and into the world you came so tiny but so perfect, you fought so hard for 3 months in the ICU but in the end god decided he needed another angel, you were so brave baby boy and we all miss you so much, i went on to have a baby girl emma and found out i was expecting again when emma was just 2 months old i then had a baby boy david who's middle name is lennon after you, i have always been there for your mum when she's needed a shoulder to cry on, little did i know that just 3 years later i would lose my baby girl to, kirsten was born sleeping on the 06/04/2007 at 39 weeks and i miss her so much, look after her lennon i know you both now have each other and that brings me and your mum a lot of comfort.
Rest in peace little angels, your family will never forget you.
